Return Policy

Although we put our heart to deliver the best-quality product while we do understand that everyone has a different taste or something can get wrong from our end.

So we have 10 days easy return policy but due to hygienic reasons, we don't accept used products.

There are more few things that's needed for getting your request approved (for unused product)

While returning make sure the product is packed in the same condition as it was delivered.

All the returns are approved after a proper inspection by our team to avoid any fake request.

We do not accept returns for international orders.

Refund Policy

As we provide a return pickup from your doorstep, a standard delivery charge of 70/- will be deducted from your refund amount. ( This charges is not in our control as it is charged by courier company)

Incase, our courier companies dont allow, the customer will have to ship it to our warehouse, post which (if the product is in good condition), full refund would be provided to customer.

Incase of COD orders, the cod fee ( Rs 50/-) is not refundable.

Once your parcel is delivered back to our warehouse your refund amount will be directly issued in your bank account after a quick quality inspection.

Once refund is initiated it may take 2-5 business days to reflect into your bank account.

 

 

While we love our genuine customers, we don't entertain people who play with the policies. We have a special team to make sure, we give the best experience to our customers while discarding people who are not healthy for the community.
